Will Broughton

Will is a Professor of Paramedicine and the Associate Dean for External Engagement at Buckinghamshire New University. He is a paramedic by profession and continues to engage in clinical practice in London and Oxfordshire. After completing his BSc (Hons) in Paramedic Science, Will went on to complete a PGCert in Learning and Teaching, a PGDip in Business Administration and an MSc in Paediatrics and Child Health.

Alongside his clinical and academic work, Will is a paramedic expert witness commenting on breach of duty and clinical negligence cases. Since 2016, Will has given advice and delivered education projects for the 1990 Suwa Seriya Foundation, the National Ambulance Service for Sri Lanka. He has previously been a Trustee and Director of the College of Paramedics and became a Fellow of the College in 2021.
