Ian Noble essay prize

Introduction

Dr Ian Noble was a national leader and brilliant young doctor, who was tragically killed in a road accident at the age of 26. He had a huge impact on others throughout his life, and demonstrated some great leadership skills. Our annual essay prize is named in his honour, with the permission of his family.
