Raihan Mohammed

Raihan is doctor and operational manager in the NHS, currently managing c. 90 WTE staff across 3 services and a budget of over £7m at the Royal Free London hospital. He graduated from the University of Cambridge, during which he had a range of experiences in the private sector including investment banking, private equity and management consulting at McKinsey. After completing his Psychiatry-specialised Foundation Year in Nottingham, Raihan then moved to London for the NHS Management Training Scheme, which culminated with his current operational role at the Royal Free. He has a keen interest in research, publishing over 20 peer-reviewed papers, and continues to work clinically in A&E and through his aesthetics medicine work. Raihan has coached and mentored both medical students and junior doctors for several years, in particular with those looking to expolore portfolio and alternative careers.
