Dr. Maxine Wilkie is an emergency medicine doctor, educator, and leader with a passion for workforce equity and developing people in healthcare. Alongside her NHS practice, she teaches leadership principles that help clinicians thrive under pressure and grow with confidence. Maxine has worked on creating a return-from-leave roadmap for emergency medicine trainees and supports international medical graduates in navigating their careers.
