Fazila Jumabhoy

Fazila Jumabhoy is an ICF coach and senior healthcare leader with over a decade of experience shaping inclusive cultures across complex organisations. As Associate Dean for Wider Workforce at NHS England and founder of Relaunch Collective, she works at the intersection of leadership, equity, and career transitions.

Her consultancy, Relaunch Collective, partners with organisations to reduce the turnover of diverse talent and embed equity into systems through tailored coaching, workshops, and strategic consultancy. Its work spans three core areas: parental inclusion, race equity, and neurodiversity - supporting individuals and organisations to thrive during pivotal career moments.

Fazila’s lived experience as a neurodiverse woman of colour and mother deeply informs her practice. Combined with her background as a pharmacist and senior NHS leader, she brings both evidence-based rigour and empathetic insight to her work. She has mentored through national leadership programmes and is regularly invited to speak on equity, inclusion, and workplace transitions.

When a HLA Scholar (24/25), her HLA project piloted a coaching programme supporting parents navigating returning to work following parental leave. The outcomes were presented at a national conference.

Fazila believes that moments of change: whether returning from leave, stepping into leadership, or navigating identity at work; can redefine careers and cultures. Her mission is to ensure those moments are supported, inclusive, and full of possibility.
