Dina Paoloni is a nurse leader and international career coach with over 22 years of global healthcare experience spanning emergency care, critical care, teaching, and management. As the founder of Nurses Move, she has transformed the landscape of international nursing career development, empowering nurses worldwide to achieve successful global transitions.


Currently serving as a Chronic Pain CNS at Lewisham and Greenwich Trust in London, UK.

Dina coaches International Educated Nurses towards their Success Abroad, working in Hospital as a CNS in chronic pain, while holding the prestigious position of Regional Director Europe at Nurses in Charge.

Her selection for the HLA Healthcare Leadership Academy with Medics and for the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme with Ruskin Anglia University in 2024 recognizes her innovative work in international nurse retention within the NHS.


A recipient of the 'Best Cardiac NAHP Team of the Year 2021' award from the Society of Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (SCTS), Dina combines clinical excellence with transformational leadership. Her journey from Italy to the UK in 2015, where she worked as an ICU cardio-thoracic nurse at St. Bartholomew's Hospital, BARTS Health NHS trust, Europe's largest health centre, gives her unique insights into international nursing transitions.


Through her signature program 'Successful Expat Nurse Accelerator' and her book 'The Awakened Nurse,' Dina guides nurses in navigating global healthcare opportunities while maintaining cultural intelligence and professional excellence. Her involvement with the Healthcare Leadership Academy further strengthens her commitment to developing future nursing leaders.
