Andrea Johnson

Andrea Johnson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in healthcare leadership and mentorship. Serving as a Cohort Director and Leadership Mentor at the Healthcare Leadership Academy (HLA) since 2022, providing one-to-one coaching and mentorship to help scholars navigate the challenges of their leadership roles

Andrea's leadership experience is further demonstrated through her roles such as the Co-lead of the Dental Network at the HLA, Chair of the Women in Healthcare Leadership Summit and her role as Chair and CEO of Den-Tech, a registered charity providing essential dental care to underserved communities both in the UK and abroad.

Andrea's leadership also extends to numerous advisory and board positions, including serving as an Advisor for the East Midlands Deaneries Dental Care Professional Network pilot, Learning Outcomes review reference group member for the General Dental Council amongst various other advisory and board positions with professional bodies and regulators.
