
Ahmed Kerwan
Dr. Ahmed Kerwan graduated from the University of Oxford and King’s College London before starting as an NHS Academic Medical Doctor and Clinical Supervisor at the University of Cambridge. During his programme, Ahmed co-authored a series of peer-reviewed papers on Covid, surgery, and health economics which were amongst the globally most cited publications of their respective years. After completing his Clinical Academic training, Ahmed joined the first NHS-backed Venture Capital fund as an Investor, where he sourced, screened, and conducted due diligence on early-stage healthcare technology companies. Ahmed is currently embarking on his next chapter at Harvard as a Knox Fellow, where he will dive deeper into the confluence of public health, technology, and entrepreneurship whilst exploring the USA.
