Adil Oliver Sharif is the Chief Culture Officer at Medics.Academy, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s culture since 2016. Adil also supports media-related needs for The Healthcare Leadership Academy (HLA).

With extensive experience working with major brands like Diageo, Coca Cola, and Sony, Adil brings a creative vision to his role. He has also taught design, fashion, photography, and journalism at the University of The Creative Arts for nine years. Passionate about media, Adil leads HLA's Media Training Workshop, preparing scholars for public speaking and media interactions.

Adil's diverse portfolio includes projects beyond healthcare, such as Apartment Life and African Fashion Week London, showcasing his expertise in multimedia storytelling. His humble, collaborative approach continues to drive Medics.Academy’s innovative culture.
